Fire with purpose
Charcoal and tandoor are working tools. Smoke, blister and heat belong in the flavour before they belong in the photograph.
Our house
RASA is not trying to flatten Nepal and India into one cuisine. The restaurant is built around the places where they naturally overlap: spice routes, migration, family tables, border markets, mountain produce and the shared instinct to feed people generously.
The point of view
Our kitchen treats local ingredients with the same seriousness as imported luxury produce. Timur can be the perfume of a sauce. Jimbu can finish butter. Lapsi can bring acidity where a European kitchen might reach for verjus. Familiar ingredients become precise without becoming precious.

What matters
Premium dining should still taste, feel and behave like the place where the restaurant lives.
What leads
Seasonal greens, herbs, dairy and vegetables guide the menu before imported luxury ingredients do.

Hospitality
Warm, attentive service that knows when to explain a dish, refill a glass and disappear for ten minutes.
